The developer of the extraordinary neo-classic design structure called on the design skill of Paul Erwin entrusting to him the completion of the entire lobby, the face to greet the thousands to come into the IDC each year. Undaunted by the task, Paul Erwin came up with this design they felt was every bit as compelling as the exterior façade itself.
